Biker Dude analyzed my riding position and gave me some posture tips to help take the pressure off my wrists. He also sold me some groovy hand grips that are ergonomically more wrist friendly.
Hopefully (Please, Lord!) those will help. I'll test them on a 13 mile ride this afternoon.

Wow - what a difference a bit of cool air can make! I know if I did such a thing as ride even 13 miles, my wrists and bottom would never be the same! Hope the adrenalin sticks with you!
