Aha! The Mysteries of Magazine Blogging Solved

This is just a quick update to let you know that my diet blog for Prevention Magazine is now up and viewable. Apparently, approval and edits (they edit FOR me...Woot!) on each post take about 24 hours. Now that I know this, I won't toot the horn 'til the posts are actually up.

What? You have no idea what I'm talking about? Silly you; Go back and read my last post on this blog!

************
By the way, do you like my new header? I found it for free on Themeheaders.com. Of course, it's too short and I don't have the capability to make it bigger, but I just think the effect contributes the overall mediocrity of my blog. :D

************
Groovy's good idea: Set the cocoa on the stove to warm up while the girls are out playing in the snow so it will be ready for them when they come in.

Groovy's bad idea: Leave the cocoa on the stove and forget about while working on music upstairs.

Can anyone say "boil-over"?

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Groovy's blog...hehe! Love your new header and I think you did a great job getting it up there:-) A lot of people have no idea how to change headers. I'm gonna smack you if you even say your blog is mediocre again!!!!!! I sound so mean, eh? lol

Ooooh, the old boiled over cocoa on the stove trick...yup, have done that a time or two! Ugh! xoxo

Love the header, agree with everyone about the mediocrity nonsense, and I sure am glad to know that I'm not the only one who leaves the cocoa to boil over. Hope the GGs (and their mother) got some cocoa, anyway.

Turn-about's fair play - the green is hard on my eyes ! But don't change it for me!

The diet thing sounds awesome - how did you get picked for it? I hope it works well. I'll have to give it a look.

The girls did great - I LOVE their nativity scene - what creative girlies they are.

It's taking me 3 days - I just get so tired - and little twinnies get in the way! But they're so adorable! Check it out.

Hi Groovyoldlady, thankyou so much for popping over to my blog and leaving a lovely comment! My Microsoft Paint artworks are truly mediocre, I acknowledge that. But they can turn out kind of cute.

Sorry about the boil-over. My new kitchen has a super-swish induction cooktop and it's AWESOME but you tend not to leave things on it and go and do something else. It cooks so quickly and boilovers would be common.
