Sidenote: Since the Groovy fam is doing all this partying. I thought I should assure you that it only includes cake, sparkling cider (non-alcoholic), food (for those WITH appetites), and almost more laughter than we can stand!

Superwoman: I developed a bullseye rash around the bite about 4 days after I got it. Fortunately it was on my chest, so I saw it develop and hied meself in to see the doctor. I hate to think of the implications if I had been bitten in a less obvious site.

NCF: Yes, same bite. But no pics. Sorry. I really wish I had taken some. It's all faded now.

Yikes! Glad to hear you caught the Lyme disease early! Good news about all the cake, too. Make sure to save some for when your appetite returns!
YIKES - lyme disease??!! That does not sound fun - glad they caught it early and it hasn't prevented you from laughing and partying - though maybe without the accompanying weight gain!
