Buried...

...That would be me, not Mr. Snowblower.

It's snowing AGAIN.

And, no, we didn't buy a snowblower yesterday between storms.

Fortunately, after 47 calls I finally found a young man who can plow for us. Plow Dude looks to be about 16 (though I'm sure he's much older), and he grunts alot, but he's inexpensive and does a lovely job.

This is good because I am STILL sore from shoveling and scooping on Friday and from "cleaning around the edges" on Saturday and from fighting my way through the queues at the stores to return/exchange gifty things yesterday.

No therapy light yet because of the weather.

Have I mentioned that IT KEEPS SNOWING?

Oh foo, I promised myself that my blog would not become a whiny weather report.

Sorry.

Groovy's New Year's Resolutions

1. To buy a stupid therapy light and use it.

2. To build a snowman.

3. To eat chocolate.

Um, well, that's about it. I don't want to get in over my head, ya know?

Oh...Hey.

Happy New Year to all of you!

Queue? You're not that close to the border! When I lived there I waited in lines. = D

DH jury-rigged our blower... don't know how long it will last. Do know we were thankful for light, fluffy snow (and I never thought I'd say THAT).

Hang in there...

It keeps snowing BECAUSE your snowblower is broken...don't you know that's how it goes? hehe Glad you were able to find someone to come clean your driveway for you.

New Year is a time for celebration of love, of life, of friendship. It's the time to thank God for wonderful friends, and to bring to their lives as much magic as they bring to ours...so here's celebrating our friendship and praying that its magic continues forever. Happy New Year to you and yours dear Groovy! xoxo

Feel free to write whiny weather reports. I do. (Right now it's about 60 and sunny. But if I had a snowblower, it wouldn't work either.)

Check back with me in August when it's 105.

I think you really need to keep those resolutions. All sound really good for the soul.

Happy New Year!

If you're so inclined you could try making them 'winey weather reports'...

Are stupid therapy lights cheaper than intelligent ones?

By the sounds of it, it would have to be a mighty big snowman in order to clear your driveway.

Chocolate... what a lovely accompaniment to writing winey weather reports.

I think you're in for a good year Groovy... well that's what I'm wishing for you... and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you.

You sure have been getting alot of the white stuff! Glad you found a real live person to do the shoveling for you. We've had a lot, too, but nothing like yours.

Hope you get the light soon!

Chocolate solves all problems. Ha.
