Goat's milk (especially from Nubian goats) makes tremendous butter, too. Also, you can CAN goats milk. We used to do that with the milk from our goat, and then my SIL would pick it up once a month for her son who couldn't drink cow's milk.<BR/><BR/>I loved my goat. Milking IS tough, though. <BR/><BR/>BTW, I looked at your Twitter, and we could be twins in the size dept.
